Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hosting collects, why it is used, and how it is handled in connection with Hosting.

Version 1.1Effective October 20, 2026

1. Information we collect

Hosting may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile details, and account security information; service information such as selected plans, server identifiers, resource allocations, configuration data, and support history; and technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser or device details, security events, and application logs.

Billing information is collected during checkout by our payment processor. Hosting may receive payment-related identifiers, subscription status, billing status, tax results, and limited customer details needed to operate the service. Hosting does not need to store complete payment-card numbers in its application database.

2. Server content

Game worlds, configuration files, plugins, logs, backups, and other files hosted through your service may be stored and processed on Hosting infrastructure or infrastructure used by Hosting. Authorized administrators may access service data when reasonably necessary for support, abuse investigation, security, maintenance, backup or restore operations, legal compliance, or service recovery.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; provision, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot hosting services; process billing and subscription changes; calculate or support tax handling; provide support; prevent abuse and fraud; monitor capacity, reliability, and security; enforce agreements; meet legal obligations; and improve the service.

4. Cookies and session technologies

Hosting currently uses an HTTP-only session cookie needed to keep users signed in and protect authenticated accounts. The website also uses browser local storage to remember the published cookie-policy version and the cookie-notice preference. These technologies support core site functionality and user-requested preferences.

Hosting does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site marketing trackers, or third-party advertising pixels. If optional tracking technologies are added later, Hosting will update its cookie controls and policy before using them where consent or another choice is legally required. See the Cookie Policy for the current storage inventory and controls.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Hosting may share information with service providers that perform functions on its behalf, such as payment processing, infrastructure, networking, email delivery, security, monitoring, and other operational services. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protectHosting, users, or the public; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Payment processing

Hosting uses Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing. Payment details entered into Stripe-hosted checkout are handled by Stripe. Stripe may process billing addresses, payment-method information, fraud signals, transaction data, and tax-related information under its own privacy terms. Hosting receives the information necessary to associate payment and subscription events with your hosting account.

7. Retention

Hosting retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and protect the platform. Hosted server data may be deleted at the end of service or after an applicable retention period. Immediate administrative termination for serious abuse may result in earlier deletion.

8. Security

Hosting uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and Hosting cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for using strong, unique passwords.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other treatment of personal information. You may update certain profile information directly in the Portal. Other requests may be submitted through Support. Hosting may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

10. Children

The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to enter into the service agreement. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact Hosting through Support.

11. International processing

Information may be processed or stored in locations different from where you live, depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate Hosting. Where required, Hosting will take reasonable steps to handle cross-border processing in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Hosting may update this Privacy Policy as its services, providers, or legal obligations change. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the current policy. Material changes may be presented to users through the website, Portal, or another appropriate notice.

13. Contact

Privacy questions or requests should be submitted through the Support area of the Hosting customer Portal.
