Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and browser storage currently used by Hosting.

Version 1.0Effective October 20, 2026

1. Current cookie approach

Hosting currently uses only technologies needed to authenticate users, protect accounts, operate the Portal, and remember the cookie-notice preference. The website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site marketing trackers, or third-party advertising pixels.

2. Necessary session cookie

The hosting_session cookie is created when you sign in. It is an HTTP-only session token used to associate your browser with an authenticated account session. It uses SameSite=Lax and, in production HTTPS environments, the Secure attribute. The cookie can remain valid for up to 30 days unless you sign out, revoke the session, or the session is otherwise invalidated.

3. Cookie preference storage

The website stores hosting_cookie_preferences in your browser's local storage after you acknowledge the cookie notice or save preferences. It records the policy version, the categories in use, and the time the preference was saved. This prevents the notice from being shown on every visit and remains until browser site data is cleared or the policy version changes.

4. Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising categories are currently not in use. If Hosting later adds optional analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies, the preference controls will be updated so those technologies are not loaded until any legally required choice has been made.

5. Payment processor

When you choose to pay for a service, checkout is completed on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technologies on its websites for payment processing, security, fraud prevention, and related functions under Stripe's own policies. Those technologies are controlled by Stripe rather than by the Hosting website.

6. Managing browser data

You can clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Clearing the authentication cookie will sign you out. Clearing the saved cookie preference will cause the cookie notice to appear again.

You can review the current Hosting cookie categories at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the website or Portal navigation.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the website begins using different storage technologies or third-party services. The version and effective date on this page identify the currently published policy.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy should be submitted through the Support area of the Hosting customer Portal.
